Hi! My name is Charlotte Eggert and I am a math intervention teacher at Monahan Elementary. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Mathematics. This is my 20th year of teaching at Monahan Elementary. I taught third grade for 11 years and this is my 9th year as a math intervention teacher, and I love it!
I have always had a passion for math and look forward to sharing my enthusiasm of math with our Bobcats. I also want to give our students some helpful strategies so that they can feel more comfortable about math. I want the students to enjoy math and to see that even though it may be challenging at times, it can also be exciting. No matter what career path the students choose they will be utilizing math skills. Therefore, I feel it is imperative for the students to be successful with mathematics. It is my goal to help the students strengthen their math abilities so that they will be successful in the future.
